A successful company needs to enlarge its teams, establishing a second office in Bulgaria. The choice is between four possible cities: Varna, Plovdiv. Tarnovo and Blagoevgrad.
We proposed research in two directions. Firstly, we took a snapshot of the labor market in the four cities, including tendencies and statistics for the market of our client’s industry.
Secondly, we made a prediction for the future changes, exploring the potential of each region to train specialists, as well as the plans for entering of competitor companies on the market.
Our 15-year-long observation of the labor market (both online and on-site), as well as our excellent partnerships with leading companies, institutions, formal and informal educational centers, media and branch organizations, were of high importance for the completion of the project.
The project was completed in ten working days.
During the first week we began collecting raw data from all included sources.
During the second week we performed the analysis of the collected information and verified it through individual conversations with leading specialists on different levels in local companies and institutions. Together we explored the specifics of the city and the local cultural and environmental features.
At the end of the survey we obtained detailed information for the labor market of all four cities. We provided our client with information on the pros and cons, as well as consulted them for an optimal process of building a new office.
Our client received reasoned statement, based on which they could make the choice of a destination for the new office.
Not only that our client decided to open a new office, but also trusted us for the recruitment process. As exclusive provider, we engaged in a search for the best specialist for the new office.
The most important for us is that we received a positive reference for our research from our client.
