JobTiger Ltd. Data Protection Policy

Processing of personal data is done for the following purposes:

JobTiger Ltd. processes the personal data of subjects in order to provide a maximum scope of professional services related to job search and job offering.

JobTiger Ltd. is a registered company in the Employment Agency for intermediary activities in Bulgaria and abroad and as a licensed intermediary the company provides services in accordance to Art. 26 of the Encouragement of Employment Law through its website JobTiger.agency and processes personal data in accordance to Art. 6 (1) (e) from Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.


The security of users’ personal data is a main priority in the company’s activities. In order to provide an adequate level of data protection, JobTiger Ltd. acts in accordance to all legislative requirements to ensure the use of necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee security in processing and in accordance to the acceptable risk levels for the subjects’ rights in data processing.

JobTiger Ltd. processes subjects’ personal data:

  • In order to execute the company legitimate interests and operations in its role of licensed labor market intermediary;
  • In accordance to the acceptance of the subject of personal data, which can be withdrawn at any time the same way is has been initially provided.

Processing of personal data is done with the following purposes:

  • Establishing the subjects’ identity;
  • Maintaining and executing stated services – job search and job offering;
  • Information regarding everything related to used services, sending notifications, reporting problems, errors or responding to letters, complaints or suggestions.

When the legal basis for processing of personal data is Art. 6 (1) (a) from Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the subject provides their explicit consent that the personal data will be processed for the given purposes of job search and employment.

The personal data that is usually being processed consists of resumes provided by the subjects and includes data such as name, email, gender, age, address, mobile number, education and professional identity.

The personal data is being stored for a maximum period of 2 years after which each candidate can provide their consent to store their personal data for another 2 years or be deleted. In the absence of any response from the subject, after the expiration of these 2 years, the personal data is deleted.

JobTiger Ltd. processes subjects’ personal data for the purposes of providing the services for job search and employment, in accordance to their consent, which is clearly expressed in the stage of applying for a job ad/position. When processing personal data, the subjects have all rights stated from Art. 12 to Art. 22 from Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and explicitly stated in JobTiger Ltd. Privacy Policy In the case where the subject of personal data adjudges that JobTiger Ltd. violates the applicable legislative requirements in the area of personal data protection he/she can contact the company and request explanation on the matter. The subject of personal data has the right to file a complaint to the authority for data protection – the Commission for data protection.
